The female turtles lays 100-200 eggs in the sand and when they are born they go to the water and start their life as being a Green Turtle.

The Green Turtles behavior is migrating from feeding sites to nesting grounds. Mating happens every two to four years and usually takes place in shallow waters close to the shore.
